“Success”, the most
favorite and beloved word in the globe, because everybody everywhere every time
wants success. Life is nothing, but a running to and fro of success. All are
frustrated, anxious and worried about success and try their levels best to
achieve it. But someone gets success, someone doesn't. I think, those who don't
go through the right way, don't achieve it. Arnold H.
Glasow said, "Success is simple. Do what's
right, the right way, at the right time." Actually, success
never depends on merit, luck or privileges you get. It depends on some other
basements which will be described below.
Success never comes easily through
a smooth way. It always comes a rough way gives you intolerable pain and
hardship. You can welcome a success only after a lot of sweating and bleeding.
There is no alternative way of getting success without consuming the most
painful feelings. If you aren’t willing to face the hardship, pain and suffering,
I request you to leave the hope of success. On the hand, if you are warmed up
to face all the obstacles on the way of your success, please be advanced to
touch your goal or success applying the formula I prescribe below:

EDUCATION
EDUCATION: Education, the first stair of the success formula. I’m not indicating academic
education here. I mean that related education or learning which will help you
to be expert in the concerned job and achieve success. For example, you want to
become a successful businessman. At first you have to select a business sector
and learn how to run the business. If you start the business without being an
expert, you have a great chance to fail. I’ve seen many people becoming failure
who started their jobs without any experience or related education. So never
expect your success from that job you aren’t skilled in. Necessarily you should
take the appropriate time to learn the job and start it only after being
skilled. If you gather a sound and perfect knowledge on how to run the business
and then start it, I assure, you must be succeeded. Army training always says, “The more sweating you allow in training, the more blood you
will save in the battle field.”
Okay, now let’s go to analyze the complete definition of education. If I
ask, “What is education?” Probably, everybody will say, “The process of
knowing an unknown thing is education.” But I wouldn’t like to admire this
definition in question of “Success”. I think this definition is not perfect at
all. From my point of view: “Education is…
1. to receive any information in the brain;
2. to preserve it; and
3. to use it in need.
If you consider “Education” this way, you will
always be benefited from the education you attained.
PLAN: We need to have a good planning or road-map before starting any job. No
journey can be started without a good planning and if you can’t start your
voyage perfectly, success won’t come into your grip. An architect makes a
design at first on a paper and then starts the building construction.
Similarly, you have to make a design of your
journey to the expected success. Your planning should include the SWOT analysis
where S= Strength, W= Weakness, O= Opportunity
and T= Threat. Please, be reminded that, “Well began
is half-done.” So, never forget to make a good planning before starting
your journey to the success.
ACTION: Action refers hard work the most powerful element of success. We all
know, “Man is the architect of his own fortune.” If
you aren’t a hardworking personality, your luck
won’t favor you in achieving a great success. But if you are agreeing to go for
a hard work, you will make your luck. Hard work is such thing which overcomes
the merit, knowledge and qualification. That is to say, if you don’t have the
required merit, knowledge and qualification, you may be succeeded based on
your hard work. But if you don’t work hard, your possibility is very less to
get success even after having the required merit, knowledge and qualification.
This is the power of hard work. The things are great and mentionable in the
world, were achieved once by hard work mainly. To expect a success without hard
work is as like as making a palace in the skies. So, hard work is the last sentence
in wining a success. "Action is the foundational key to all success."-Pablo Picasso.
REVIEW: Review is an important part of your activities for success. If you work
in a wrong way, wining outcome won’t approach. Hence accuracy is must. You have
to review your work at the end of each day. You should know whether your
working process is correct. If you get any mistake, try to rectify it. A small
mistake can make an unavoidable barrier on the way of your success, as a big
ship may sink because of a small hole. So, never ignore any mistake small or
big.
PERSEVERANCE: You can’t imagine your
success without perseverance. Orison Swett Marden said, "Success is the child of drudgery and perseverance. It cannot be coaxed or bribed; pay the price and it is yours." You may fail for the 1st time, 2nd time, 3rd time, thus many times. You shouldn’t
be stopped. Keep up your perseverance and patience. Go ahead, ignoring all the
barricades. One failure is one stair of success. You will have to touch your
goal overtaking many stairs like failure. There is a common proverb, “Failure is the
pillar of success.” Nobody gets the taste of success without
being a failure. Remember, “Quitter never becomes winner.” Stick to your
job like a fool. Success will come certainly.
EXCUSE: There is no other harmful
enemy like “excuse”. Think attentively whether you have any excuse. It makes
you insecure and spoils your will-force severely. If you lose your-will force,
how will you fight against the difficulties for getting success? Never think
that you are not meritorious, you have no friend, there is a political unrest or
the weather is not good today. These are excuses your violent enemies. Give up all of
your excuses as soon as possible and kill your enemies. James Cash Penney said, "I don't believe in excuses. I believe in hard work as the prime solvent of life's problems."
SUCCESS: If you can apply every
element, excluding the “Excuse” of the above Formula of Success, you must be
succeeded. I’m confident. There is no doubt about it. Success may be gained by
everybody if the working procedure or Success Formula is applied correctly. So
don’t waste your time, talent or money in a wrong way to get success. Be
practical, go through the right way and realize how sweet the success is!
